Information we receive
We may receive information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email or completing an artist booking form, including your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, event details, location, proposed date, budget, and message.
How we use it
We use submitted information to assess and respond to enquiries, manage artist bookings, prepare proposals or agreements, coordinate projects, maintain business records, and protect our legitimate business interests. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
This website is hosted through GitHub Pages and links to booking forms operated through Jotform. Content administration uses Decap CMS and DecapBridge. Instagram and other external links are governed by their respective privacy policies. Information submitted to those services may be processed according to their own terms and infrastructure.
Local storage and cookies
The News section may store your selected language preference locally in your browser. We do not currently use this website to create advertising profiles.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, booking, contractual, operational, accounting, or legal purpose involved. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to contractual, accounting, and legal retention obligations. Send requests to wendi@brainwashedmanagement.com.
